And Good luck finding an apartment.What a dick!You definetly have more patience than I do.I would have took a baseball bat to his head for talking to my baby that way. You did the right thing in not losing it.I wish I had that type of control. Your girl sounds amazingly mature for nine. Good for her, and good for you for teaching her some important lesson. I'm just sorry she has to learn the one about alcohol changing people into monsters so early. You're really doing the right thing for her (and you!) getting out of there.

I'm sorry you had to deal with that shit. I hate that so many parents get so cught up in their own bullshit that they forget who they are REALLY hurting. I swear, we should send all the asshole husbands off somewhere and just marry each other. We could share clothes, do equal chores, be sensitive to each other and I'd never scratch my balls in front of you. You wanna? Oh, that's right - this is America and WE CAN'T!
